Haley McWilliams

Born into a Military Family [Air Force] and raised as a competitive swimmer. Upon graduating High School, I left home to attend the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, New London, CT in 2012. On May 18, 2016, I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Operations Research and Computer Analysis and Commissioned as an Ensign. My 1st tour was Student Engineer onboard USCGC Hamilton (WMSL - 753) homeported in Charleston, SC. From there I found myself working out of the Coast Guard Yard, Curtis Bay, MD as Maintenance and Engineering Project Manager for the USCG's Long Range Enforcer Assets. In 2021, I received orders to be the Engineer Officer (Chief Engineer) on board USCGC Dependable, homeported in Little Creek, VA. In 2022, I transferred to the Naval Engineering Department at USCG Base Portsmouth to continue to support local Coast Guard Asset. I medically retired from the USCG on January 5th, 2023, and began my next chapter in life as a Naval Engineer contracted to support DoD's operations. 

Between moving across state lines, deploying to the middle of the ocean and just life's many obstacles, I understand adaptive training and navigating life thru athletics.

It is my belief that goals are obtainable with support, guidance, vulnerability & dedication. I have/had some amazing Coaches in my life that have impacted my life in and outside of competing.  My goal is to help you reach your goals no matter what obstacles pop up, such as vacation, work conference, bad weather, sick etc. thru trust and communication.
